Trans World Radio India was established in 1977, broadcasting in 5 languages from a
400 KW AM transmitter.
Today TWR India is disseminating the Good News in 65
languages daily for 19.5 hours.
TWR is reaching out to the masses through its systematic verse by verse
Bible Study as well as programs that create awareness against the deadly
disease of AIDS, programs that target young people and children and teach
them Christian character development, women, community and leadership
development.
Trans World Radio India was called as Vishwa Vani till 2005.
